This project was all about making every corner of the home work harder. The clients had an under utilised storage area tucked behind their garage and wanted to turn it into something genuinely functional. We transformed the space into a practical new laundry with direct access to the side yard, which immediately improved flow and day to day ease.

Creating this new laundry also freed up the existing one which could then become a much needed butlers pantry. This shift alone changed how the clients could use their kitchen every day, giving them more storage, better workflow and a space that finally felt tailored to the way they live.

Outside, the brief was to create an entertaining zone that felt considered and purposeful. We designed a custom pizza oven and bar area with integrated storage, durable materials and a layout that works for casual family nights as well as larger gatherings.

Upstairs, an empty landing space became a dedicated study nook with warm timber cabinetry and practical shelving. What was once unused has now become one of the most functional corners of the home.

Every space in this project was designed with intention. Practical joinery. Smart layouts. Finishes that feel calm and timeless. Each room now has a clear purpose and supports the clients daily routines in a way that feels natural and easy.
